Model: CM100
The CM100 model includes 4 reverse parking sensors a wireless LED Display (in meters) with an integrated audible siren and a waterproof control box. The system is hard-wired to the reverse lights of the vehicle allowing the system to automatically engage once the vehicle is in reverse.
The CM100 parking system emits short pulses of ultrasound waves, which then rebound from obstacles within their field of view. The rebounded signals are then received again by the sensors. The central control unit then evaluates the time delay of the rebounded signals and interprets the distance of an obstacle.
Initial tones confirm the selection of reverse gear, as the vehicle reverses nearer to an obstacle the tones become more frequent and display colors change from green to vellow to red. The sirent remains constant at approximately 30cm from the obstacle.
Installation is simple and easy, using screws attach the sensors under the bumper or any solid fixture at the rear of the vehicle. (no drilling large holes in the bumper). Connect the 4 sensor wires to the control unit. Connect the supplied power (+) and ground (-) wires to the reverse lights and attach the wireless LED display on the dash using the supplied adhesive tape. The control unit is waterproof and can be mounted anywhere under the vehicle.
